I found that Dr Rizkalla was very attentive and was clear about the course of treatment he was recommending. He took as much time as I needed to make informed decisions about that treatment. He is very personable and not at all condescending, which has been my experience with others doctors.

This practice and their doctors are 100% fantastic. I've been a patient for about 10 years. When I thought I would not be able to go there because of my insurance, I was devastated. But somehow they started accepting my insurance again so I really only had a one month delay but they were crazy great in getting everything squared away to my delight. They have the machinery to do a variety of shots as they have the x-ray in the office so no going to an out patient place. My last pain specialist was not that special at all as they insisted on our patient and anesthesia for no other reason but to jack up the bill. This practice is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. Absolutely top notch.

Dr.Rizlalla and the entire staff are well educated in treating your pain issues. I have been a patient since they opened this practice approx 7 years ago. Thank God I found Dr. Rizkalla. I was facing a very scary surgery and I was terrified. He took the time to explain my options, we discussed alternatives to try before committing to surgery and he came up with a treatment plan for me. I didn't think doctors like this existed anymore. If you are facing spinal surgery please go see Dr. Rizkalla before you have the surgery. He's awesome!

Dr. Rizkalla is the first doctor I’ve been to for my knee issues that completely explained everything using graphics as well as well as my own x-rays. He told me all my options and came up with a plan of action that will work well for me. He and his staff were great - easy to talk to and made me laugh in my nervousness.

Doctors and staff are fabulous

Things for my procedure was explained to me several times to make sure I understood even on the day of the procedure. No excuses on my part to not know or ask questions. So far it's working well. I still need to rest my knees a little more, but I can feel a difference. Hopefully, this procedure does the trick. Thanks Doctor!

Today was my first visit with Michael due to my previous pain management provider closing their office near my house. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting the doctor he proposed a treatment plan that made perfect sense to me. I don’t understand why any of my previous providers never mentioned anything like that to me. It was more or less rushing in the office. Get your script and get out. I highly recommend Michael for anyone that is experiencing chronic pain, especially in the back area. His knowledge and professionalism won me over as a patient.

I have been coming here for about a year and never had a bad experience! I’ve seen Aimee, Shannon, Dr Takyi, and Dr Qureshi and they have all been amazing. Front staff is also friendly. I’ve had pain management in a different state and they just threw pills at me but here they actually try to get the root of the problem as well.

Revive Spine & Pain is an excellent office for those who suffer from migraine headaches. At this time although there isn't a cure having faith in your Doctors is one step closer to living with this illness.

We are always ready to complain when the services we experience are bad or not up to par, when we have great service we should do the same. Dr. Takyi, went above and beyond to make this 75 year old patient who was definitely afraid of pain and ready to give up went that extra mile. He talked with me to calm my fears and though I could not sleep the night before because of my anxiety fears, and made all sorts of excuses, he made time to hear and put me at ease. He explained the process and not just ready to treat me like I was on an assembly line. As the tears rolled down my face and I acted like I was 10, the scripture came to mind that God did not give us the power of fear but of love and a strong mind. I truly felt no pain and a day later I can climb stairs and my knee as of now feels great. I am the senior advocate of our township and believe me my senior’s will be making an appointment. Dr. Rizkalla is amazing. He has a great bedside manner. He never is in a rush to end the visit. Completely answers all of my questions. And he is really easy to talk to. I would recommend this practice to anyone that is having any kind of pain issues. My issues were concentrated in the lower back and down the leg, he presented me with some new options that hadn't been explored by other pain management physicians I have visited. Since I have been at this practice my pain levels have decreased to the point where I can actually function on some days. Dr Takyi was so helpful in providing much needed information about my knee pain. Other physician said it was arthritis. Dr T ordered a MRI and found it was actually a torn meniscus. When I encountered emergency pain, I received a cortisone injection that worked wonders. I feel the x-ray guided injection enhanced the effects and provided the pain relief I needed. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who provides excellent advise and care for his patients.

As always, I received the best care- from walking in the front door, it’s an excellent experience.

I give it a five doctors wonderful talks to me. He works with me and he’s helped me a whole lot the girls in the office. They’re a little friendly, but not as friendly as I would think they would be, but that doesn’t matter it’s main thing is I like the doctor and he does me well.

Dr. Rizkalla is very concerned with the daily living of his patients. He works very hard to find ways to help to lower pain levels in patients.

I have hadHorrific neck pain since a bad fall from over 10 feet many years ago, many Dr.s have been quick to tell me I would never return to Job. The dozen or more bones had healed their best but I damaged my neck badly and woke up with horrible neck pain every morning and could barely carry groceries without excruciating neck pain. It was many years and Dr.s before I finally found Dr. Rizzkala , He helped weaning me off opioids ang recommended burning the nerves being pinched to my facet joints which after much skepticism I finally found out is like going back in time. After meeting Dr. Riza I was very skeptical about having the procedure and even canceled two times. I took a leap of faith two years ago a week before Christmas and have since return to work full-time , Dr. Riz and his team have changed my life. I recommend them to anyone in similar circumstances, with neck pain, shoulder pain back pain they have helped me with it all, and I reduced use of opioids with their help from 10 on a 10 scale to one on a 10 scale and they’ve always kept me comfortable take that leap of faith, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!! I have been a patient at Revive spine and pain for over a year. I was treated by Dr. Rizkalla who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr Rizkalla explained everything he was going to do, step by step, during my procedure. Yes, he numbed each area & I relayed what I was feeling during each step so he knew when he hit the right spot. I felt some mild discomfort during this whole process but when it was over I felt no pain. The severe pain I walked in with was completely gone for the first time in 5 years. I love my doctor but some of the office staff could do better. For example If I have to speak to my doctor or send a message between visits I have had issues doing so at the Hamilton nj location. Hamilton office staff makes me wait till next visit and does poor job taking accurate messages. I have called the Marlboro nj location and they are amazing with everything. If it was not 42 minutes away as opposed to 24 minutes I would go to the Marlboro location. Over all I am happy with my provider as he is very knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Takyi for 1½ years. He is very knowledgeable and caring and is genuinely concerned about my overall health. At each appointment, he takes the time to ask questions, then listen to my answers. My pain management plan has been highly improved, thanks to Dr. Takyi and his wonderful staff. Hamilton Office staff members are friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Appointments are easy to make and the check-in and out procedures are swift. They always make me at ease. I cannot say enough good things about them!

He really listens to me and takes the time to explain everything to me so I can make the most informed decisions regarding how I'm treated. He does a great job and the treatment he provides alleviates my pain which improves my quality of life. I highly recommend you try them.

For the 6 years I’ve been seeing Dr. Rizkala and team , they have given me ; great advice, professional care and medical procedures that enhance my wellness to live a good quality life . Dr. Rizkala is always looking to enhance your health so you - the patient can progress to better your health and physiology for anatomical movements. He surrounds himself with a variety of quality team members who are assets to his practice . For example if I get an RFA he and Christina are in the procedure together working and communicating with each other as well me - the patient . As we patients who are in pain and uncomfortable from pain throughout our bodies , Dr. Rizkala will get you better and more comfortable with the pain encountered . I am very confident with Dr. Rizkala who has worked with me as well me the patient working with him and his entire team . I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes knowing I will be professionally accommodated and treated for all of my pain encountered. Thank you Dr. Rizkala for caring and your personal concerns treating my pain in my body. As well it is to be noted the other doctors in Revive : Dr Quershki , Dr.T and PT Shannon who have treated me as well are following protocol practices of Dr. Rizkala . I’ve been seeing Dr Rizkalla for years .. The drive is out of my way but to see a great Doctor with great bedside manners like him, is no bother .. I only trust him to care for my pain he is awesome, attentive, informative and helps calm my anxiety during procedures..

It was a very enjoyable and informative experience. The doctor explained everything to me in detail, and made me feel comfortable with. Different ways to approach my ailment. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing that I really didn’t care for was the paperwork. A lot of the questions were repetitive. Beside that the experience and the doctor and staff were wonderful

I want to start off by saying the secretaries are so kind they’re very friendly and the whole staff is superior. The doctor will see me for a nice gentleman. He took time out to ask me a lot of questions, and he really cared about my experience. we’re going to try a couple of different options that I think is going to help me for the future. I would recommend this 150%.

The nerve numbing and the nerve burning are very painful to tolerate. They have proven to be very effective and I wish I had tried them when first offered to me by Dr Rizkalla. I also wish I had been offered the procedure when I was much younger and with Dr Carrabelli. I am trying to find the right pain medication to help me with my other pain sources, I appreciate Dr Rizkalla’ sand Shannon’s commitment to helping me deal with my pain in the safest way possible. My only concern is that my pain is making it very hard on myself, and my family because I am so hard to get along with when I’m always tolerating so much pain. Dr. Ritzkalla explained and showed me on his computer everything to me about my back issues so going forward he is going to try one or two procedures that will hopefully give me some pain relief. Dr. Rizkalla is an excellent physician. He explained my PRP procedure in full before proceeding. He was very gentle and compassionate. He made sure I was comfortable and not in pain while performing my PRP. I would highly recommend him. I’ll be using him for a procedure in my knees next.
